Serving Florida for nearly 80 years, the Hatcher family has deep roots in the insurance community, dating back to Orlando Mayor, J. Rolfe Davis and the creation of the J. Rolfe Davis Insurance Agency in 1942. In 1952 – Marion F. Hatcher joined his father-in-law in the business, purchasing the agency from Rolfe in the 1980s. Marion F. (Mike) Hatcher III entered the business in the 1980s joining his father and grandfather to continue the family lineage. In 2000, Huntington Bancshares acquires The J. Rolfe Davis Insurance Agency – and shortly thereafter, is re-purchased by a private group of shareholders. In 2002 – Mike Hatcher elects to spin-off his interest – and Hatcher Insurance Inc. is born. Industry veterans William J. Palmer, Bryan T. Robertson, and J. Cory Broadaway acquired Hatcher Insurance, Inc., now Hatcher Insurance LLC, and are pleased to perpetuate a legacy rich in the tradition of quality and service Services include: Claims Assistance, Loss/Trend Analysis, Contract Review, Loss Prevention Services, Experience Modification Factor Audit & Forecasting, and Surety Bond Form & Contract Reviews.
