PillowCase is a durable, cleanable iPad enclosure designed for patient use. PillowCase connects directly to nurse-call, has a hardwired nurse-call button, and can be used as a secondary controller for easy access to content, entertainment, or requests to communicate with the care team. In 2021 we rolled out ComCierge, our iOS software application designed to simplify and streamline patient communication and engagement. ComCierge allows nurses to filter patient requests, reducing alarm fatigue and getting the patient what they need faster and with easier delegation. It integrates with EMR, ADT, & nurse-call systems and can be customized for your facilities needs.
