Haura shapes the innovation in the kitchen. Haura is an Italian made fully automated, fully customizable desktop kitchen robot, capable of producing and cooking any types of food, alimentary products as well as meals and dishes thanks to a new patented process which embraces the benefits of traditional cooking at home with an eye towards the effectiveness and speed of industrial food making machines. Haura has been designed to replace all the various functions and operations that are carried out in the kitchen, maximizing space utilization and allowing the customer to assemble the machine anywhere according to their needs using modular accessories and a plug and play approach. Powered by an innovative software and interconnected like a IOT device, the user has complete control over its main features which couple precise thermo regulation, provided by an induction plate for cooking, with a motor that can be used for food manipulation such us mixing, milling, whipping etc. and food extrusion through a novel mechanism that ensures an industrial grade final product. The combination of these elements opens the door to an infinite range of foods. Among these, sausages and pasta are just some examples of products that can be made effortlessly and can be further processed or cooked directly in the machine for more complex and elaborate dishes. From fresh pasta, breads, snacks to confectionery, baby and pet foods On top of that, its modular style permits common pans and pots as well as dedicated accessories to be attached to the main body of the machine for normal cooking or niche temperature controlled applications like brewing,coffe roasting, cheese or gelato making.
