About Hawai'i Technology Academy
HTA is the state’s largest public charter school, with 2,200 students on six campuses on Oʻahu, Kauaʻi, Maui, and Hawaiʻi Island. We also offer a fully virtual distance learning program for grades 4-12. Our blended schedule means students spend some of their days in traditional classes on campus, some days Zooming into classes, and other days engaged in Field Studies or independent learning and personal projects. We place an emphasis on hands-on, experiential learning and believe that learners learn best by doing. IT IS OUR GOAL TO ENSURE STUDENTS FIND THEIR OWN UNIQUE PATHS TO SUCCESS.
