Established in 1990, the Hawaii SBDC Network provides the small businesses in the State of Hawaii with no-cost confidential business advisory services that include business plans and strategies, projections , marketing strategies, feasibility studies, operations management and more. They are the only state-wide business assistance organization in Hawaii.
