Hawkleap software is an optimization platform, cloud-based where all the stakeholders in the airline can add their inputs through dedicated permissions. The outcome of the platform is the best selection of the aircraft fleet type and tail number along with the depreciation calculation of the aircraft with time. All airline employees and stakeholders involved to release and follow up a flight shall have an access to the platform based on their roles. Some of them will contribute to the flight in the pre-planning phase such as the dispatchers, network planning, pricing agents, reservation agents.. and some others will contribute to the flight data inputs in the post-flight phase such as the outboard station managers, financial controllers.. The input data are collected and analyzed through the inclusion of all associated stakeholders. Afterwards, it is sent to a sophisticated optimization computer models to optimize the fleet selection, tail number, Yield and fare classes.. The techniques used for these calculations are optimization models and Artificial Intelligence models. All necessary KPIs for the airline economics shall be ready and displayed to the admin of the system to follow the performance of the airline. Scenario based analysis is available. Route profitability analysis shall be there. The most important breakthrough output shall be the history of the aircraft appraisal, how does the aircraft depreciates and lose it value with time. This shall help the fleet planners to take the appropriate decisions in case they want to increase the cash flow by liquidity for their fleet or in the time of adding new aircraft to the fleet and operation.
