With facilities in Romsey and Basingstoke, Hampshire, we supply critical industries with cast components that demand the highest levels of quality, accuracy and reliability. By drawing on Expromet’s UK manufacturing expertise and global supply chain, we help customers across a wide range of sectors - including defence, aerospace, marine, medical, energy, performance automotive and electric vehicles - overcome complex technical casting challenges with confidence. Our capabilities cover the complete casting process from design to delivery. Using advanced simulation software, bonded sand moulding and a dedicated gravity die casting unit, we achieve accuracy, consistency and efficiency. All sand is 100% thermally recycled, reflecting our commitment to sustainable production. We offer in-house CNC machining up to 5-axis, as well as finishing, post-processing and non-destructive testing (NDT). UKAS-approved inspection, ISO 9001 accreditation and JOSCAR registration ensure full compliance with the highest industry standards.
