Specializing in serious personal injury and sexual assault litigation, Jillian F. Hayes is a top trial attorney in San Diego. Before practicing plaintiff’s personal injury, she focused her practice on insurance defense and now uses the knowledge she gained working closely with insurance adjusters to help injured victims. In 2015, Jillian joined the prestigious San Diego based law firm Casey Gerry Schenk Francavilla Blatt and Penfield, LLP and quickly developed a reputation as a tenacious and bold attorney determined to get the best results for her clients. She is known for embracing challenging cases and always going the extra mile for her clients. In 2021, Jillian pursued her lifelong dream of managing her own personal injury law firm and started Hayes Law, APC. Jillian’s passion has always been to help people in need. She feels there is no better way to accomplish this goal than to provide each case with individualized attention and each client with the best representation possible. Some of Jillian’s noteworthy results include a 7-figure settlement for her homeless client who was severely injured in a pedestrian vs. auto collision in La Jolla, CA. In addition, Jillian was one of the lead attorneys on the team who successfully represented Angela Bolger in the precedent-setting appeal in Bolger v. Amazon.com, LLC.
