Hazelett also has a revolutionary R&D facility in Kingston, Ontario. For over 60 years, Hazelett has been located on a 163 acre campus on the shores of Lake Champlain in Colchester, Vermont. With over 160 employees, the company is engaged in research, engineering, design, testing, and the manufacture of twin-belt casting machines, and spare parts. The Hazelett Process offers the most energy efficient production technology with the smallest carbon footprint of the commercially available processes for converting molten aluminum into sheet.
