HBL ICT Shared Services is hosted by NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) and supports seven partner organisations and a wide range of customers in the healthcare sector. HBL ICT aspires to be the IT service provider of choice in the healthcare industry; Thinking Differently by IT Design and working in Partnership with you. Our customers include GPs, Hospices, Acute Trusts, AQPs, Pharmacies and Dentists.
