About HC Classics

Wiltshire based classic car restoration specialists, HC Classics, was founded in 2016 and driven by the motto and mission statement; ‘Restoring the past for future generations’. Proprietor, Richard Carp, is not only a keen classics enthusiast and owner, with jewels such as a Sunbeam Talbot Alpine and a Jensen Interceptor forming part of his collection, he also has a wealth of experience working in the industry itself. Graduating with a BA Honours in Automotive Design from Coventry University, his career was jumpstarted in Germany where he handled interiors of a wide variety of popular European cars. He later joined Ogle Designs (now Ogle Models and Prototypes) and climbed the ranks to Design Manager, working with an assortment of vehicle designs and prototypes including the British Aerospace Jetstream and many other aviation projects.
