Based in Boise, Idaho, HC Company, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Dan Hayes, partnering with Matt Smith shortly after. HC Company, Inc. strives to provide valued management skills to clientele for general contracting, design/build and construction management services. Initially, we identify the scope of our clients' needs, and then work within their budgetary means to provide the most cost-effective and functional end product. We also provide customer service to our clients by offering pre-construction / pre-leasing conceptual budgets, project value engineering and pre-construction scheduling. HC Company, Inc. maintains management professionals with project experience encompassing an in-depth background in all phases of construction. Our professional construction management services are tailored to the complexity and size of each individual project. We belong to the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and maintain LEED certified personnel on our staff to facilitate sustainable building practices. While our commitment to quality is our top priority, we also pride ourselves on building strong long lasting client relationships. HC Company's President, Dan Hayes, has a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering Management and Business Administration from Oregon State University. Co-owner and Vice President, Matt Smith, is a Boise State University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management.
