About Hcd Uk
HCD, are a Contract Electronics Manufacturer with a difference. As we originally started life as a design company before becoming a CEM and have retained a deep rooted understanding of the principles and timescales involved in all stages of manufacture from the 1st prototypes to full production. Early in the HCD's life as a Electronics design company, it became quickly apparent that getting High Quality / High precision electronic assemble of prototypes done on a Fast turnaround was extremely difficult in most cases. This lead to HCD setting up it's own rapid assembly service for prototype electronics, which overtime has evolved in to a fully fledged CEM able to offer a wide range of electronics manufacturing services. But all through this evolution, the original concept of being able to supply customers fast turnaround prototype assembly services to meet the tight demands that are invariably involved development has continued and is still a core part of the services we offer.
