We are located in College Park not far from the airport. We recently decided to open our own showroom in which you are welcome to visit at any time. We provide the full remolding components which includes plumbing, electricity, flooring painting the walls, demolition having to do with your remodel. We are Experience professionals that have been in this type of business for over 17. The process usually goes as following: For the estimate process, we schedule an appointment to visit the client's home to discuss the client's ideas and get measurements. We take note of any details they wish to add and work with them to assure that we can achieve their dream project without exceeding their budget. The estimate usually takes 2-3 days to finish. Once the project estimate is approved by the client, a contract is signed and we receive the first payment out of three. We give ourselves a week to gather all materials and to make the blueprint of the client's project. Once the blueprints are ready, we agree on another appointment date with the client to review the project and to make any changes needed to the layout. After confirming all the details such as cabinets designs, countertop material, tile, lights etc. then we would start to build and install your dream project.
