About HDG Legacy
Founded as a small, family business, HDG Hotels has grown into one of the largest hotel development and management companies in Central Florida, with two distinct divisions: Impact and Legacy. The driving force for HDG Legacy continues to be the same principles that propelled growth from one hotel asset to over two dozen hotel assets. HDG Legacy, led by Navroz Saju, prioritizes the core belief that stakeholder value is maximized when hotels provide quality lodging and service to guests, while also taking care of team members and maintaining and thoughtfully investing in the hotels. We seek hotel developments in markets where the hotels serve as catalyst for uplifting the community. Our experience has shown that the coming of a new hotel in smaller communities changes the economic trajectory of the municipality by providing employment to residents and driving visitation which, in turn, leads to more local investment and development. We fully embrace “technology best practices,” and “green best practices” which increase operational efficiency, improve the guest experience, while also providing an ROI to our investors. Currently, HDG Legacy has several newly built hotel projects in the pipeline where technology has been thoughtfully specified to futurize the hotel. Over more than 25 years, we have an established reputation for living out our vision to “positively impact” and our mission of “being brilliant in the basics of hospitality”, all while offering stakeholders exceptional industry experience and results.
