HDRE Corporation began as a sole proprietorship in 2001 and incorporated in 2009. We have been responsible for the acquisition of hundreds of parcels of land in addition to being responsible for the permitting, engineering, construction, and commissioning of dozens of projects across the US over a period of nearly three decades. This includes renewable energy, thermal energy, gen-tie lines, transmission lines, public infrastructure, residential and commercial development projects. Our vast experience across this range of assets gives us a unique understanding of the development process and the nuances relative to each asset class. We take pride in forming long-term relationships with our partners and leveraging the success as a team to build a portfolio that can be managed as owners and operators. We typically engage on complex multi-year utility-scale renewable energy and development projects where we can add value by helping to manage the acquisition, permitting, engineering, construction, and commissioning aspects of the transaction and utilize our experience and knowledge.
