We are a clinical artificial intelligence company that will facilitate the diagnosis and monitoring of headache disorders. We were founded in 2017, in which we have relentlessly searched for an EEG biomarker to diagnose migraine. Doctors and scientists have been searching for an EEG test for 85 years. We have achieved, what we consider to be a major breakthrough, 93% accuracy in diagnosing migraine with aura. We are working with great urgency to try to convert this to a commercial machine learning test. The potential market is vast because there are over one billion people in the world with migraines. With timely support, we could be a significant Canadian first. We will be offering a diagnostic and monitoring service. It is called the Machine Learning Test for Migraine or “MLTM”. Monitoring refers to repeat testing, which is expected to become a big part of the business, just as it is for ECG testing for the heart. We will start with migraine and then proceed to other headache disorders. The Company plans to offer various types of tests, each having its own specific set of values to stakeholders. These include, but not limited to, non-emergency diagnosis on non-pain days, diagnosing a headache in-progress, monitoring for improvement or deterioration, disability assessment and severity assessment. Except for the placement of electrodes by a qualified EEG technician, eventually the test, including the report generation to referring doctors, will be automated.
