About Headsight Services

At Headsight we recognise that we can all struggle with our mental health. We support people with this through training and therapeutic interventions. We encourage a compassionate approach, recognising that all behaviour is a form of communication. We are experts in improving lives through reducing the impact of psychological trauma. For over eight years Headsight has offered training for the children’s workforce and therapy for children and families. All of our trainers are mental health professionals and therapists, bringing their clinical experience to the training environment. Headsight has also developed a suite of qualifications in therapeutic practice, creating an enhanced skills pathway. • Headsight offers training for the children’s workforce and therapy for families, specialising in child to parent violence, all of our trainers are mental health practitioners. • Headsight is expert in reducing the impact of trauma, applying an integrated approach. • Headsight builds resilience, which in turn develops a child’s capacity for learning. • Headsight models and builds trusted relationships enabling children to thrive. • Headsight is calling for all senior leaders, SENCO’s and TA’s to be trained in implementing a whole-school therapeutic approach. • Headsight offers a suite of therapeutic qualifications for people who want to work therapeutically. Headsight was the first organisation to develop therapeutic practice qualifications that are not counselling qualifications and are designed for non-clinical professionals working with children & young people.
