About Headspace Consulting
Grounded in PhD research, we are developing Helder Insight. Helder is a tech-based platform that detects early signs of risk, before it leads to harm - helping leaders build healthier work cultures. Our founder, Dr Emma Clarke, conducted surveys and interviews with an extensive group of leaders, employees, and former employees of professional services firms. From these insights, she developed The Three-Factor Model of Psychological Safety™. When employees work in a climate of psychological safety this enhances performance, innovation, employee wellbeing, and retention. The Helder platform is based on The Three-Factor Model™ which identifies and diagnoses barriers in organisations that might be preventing them from building psychologically safe workplaces. Helder uses quantitative and qualitative data to provide leaders with deep, preventative insights that help organisations create mentally healthy workplaces, retain talent and improve performance. We believe that organisations operating in high-stress environments stand to benefit significantly from our product, as it will help to uncover hidden structural and cultural issues that can negatively impact workplace culture and organisational performance. Unlike solutions aimed at “fixing” problems, our approach is centred on continuous workplace culture improvement.
