Heady Investments is a development company that adheres to the basics of success. In the past 35 years Heady Investments has developed over 2 million sq ft in the Dallas area. Some of these projects include Parkway Center I, II, III, IV, and V- these five buildings are located at the N. Dallas Tollway and George Bush Freeway totaling over 1 million sq ft combined. All five buildings are currently over 90% leased. We are currently under construction on a 6 story class A office building which will be 164,000 sq ft located in Legacy Town Center at the S.E. corner of the N. Dallas Tollway and Headquarters Dr. This great location is within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and activities. Phase 2 land has already been purchased for an additional 190,000 sq ft of class A office space- stay tuned!
