About Heal With Magnolia

Hello! My name is Bristol Lopez and I am the owner of Heal With Magnolia. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCS#91011) based in Orange County, California. I started Heal With Magnolia to provide a space for my clients to find healing, renewal, and serenity. I practice trauma-informed therapy through an attachment-based, holistic lens in a virtual format. I’m passionate about guiding my clients through the maze that is healing in order for them to reconnect with themselves, embody their inherent worth, and truly flourish. I primarily utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat my clients' presenting symptoms. I am trained in the Somatic and Attachment Focused approach to EMDR. This form of therapy takes into consideration our relational patterns and body-based responses that developed over the course of our lives. We look at past and present patterns with curiosity, understanding that most of our more "unhelpful" behaviors were at one point useful for managing stress or coping with trauma. We investigate your strengths and how you used them to adapt to your environment growing up. We identify areas of growth and nurture these as resources meant to equip you. Oftentimes this is where clients start to feel "unstuck" and enter into unfamiliar, sometimes uncomfortable, yet exciting new territory. Want to learn more? Before we begin any steps in your journey I offer a FREE initial consultation. This allows both of us to lay out expectations and ask clarifying questions. This time will help us determine if we are going to be a good fit for each other. Please note: I am only able to work with clients residing in California and I do not take insurance or provide superbills.
