About Healicious
We are Healicious, and our passion is MILLETS! Millets are an ancient superfood we are reviving for today’s modern palate — gluten-free, high in fibre, packed with vitamins and minerals, and with a low glycemic index, too! Millets come in a wide variety, each with their own unique flavours, characteristics, and nutrient profile. We source all of our Millets from small farmers from our homeland, India, where they have been a staple and nourished families for many generations. We’ve taken a few of our favourite types of Millets to launch of Healicious with two products: a beautiful Foxtail Millet Fusilli Pasta, and two millet varieties (Kodo and Barnyard) in quick and convenient par-boiled, ready-to-eat, microwavable pouches. And this is just the beginning. We have a whole range of delicious millet-based products under development, raring for a spot in your kitchen cabinet, breakfast bowl, and dinner plate.
