About Healing Foundations Center

Healing Foundations Center is a Trauma disorder focused IOP and was co-founded by Chelsey Valeri in 2021 after recognizing the need for true trauma outpatient treatment. Each client is offered 2 individual sessions a week (Somatic experiencing, EMDR, Parts work, ART, CBT, DBT) in addition to 3-5 group sessions per week. The group schedule is Monday-Friday from 3-6pm. If a client is appropriate, they will be offered an EMDR intensive around week 7 of the program. An appropriate client for our program would be someone diagnosed with trauma related disorders such as PTSD, Complex PTSD, Acute Stress disorder, Depersonalization-Derealization Disorder, Dissociative Disorders, General Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and more. Our groups cover topics related to PTSD recovery, mental health, co-occurring addictions, maladaptive behaviors, relationships, boundaries, and health and wellness.
