Healing Pinellas is located in the heart of St. Petersburg. Our focus is to engage, enrich, and elevate our most needy individuals and families that are overlooked and underserved. We pride ourselves on competence and compassion navigating the challenges the homeless and low-income face daily. We are a human first organization with an emphasis on grace and service. All the services we provide are assisted one on one. We look to make an immediate impact in the lives of our neighbors and within our community. Healing Pinellas is the #1 provider in Pinellas County, FL of Food Stamps and Medicaid enrollment. We offer many services to our community members in need as we offer many programs to assist in getting those in need stability as they get back on their feet. Resources such as the discounted bus pass, government housing assistance, affordable care act policies, food stamps, medicaid and medicare enrollment, as well as resource recommendation for community resources to food pantries, homeless shelters, domestic violence survivor assistance, homeless shelters, job placement, free dental care, and so much more. We say our work is love because we truly care about the members of our community that we work to help everyday. Many people are unaware of what resources are available to them and are intimidated by the process as it can be confusing or they may not have access or the means of applying. What sets us apart is our caring, knowledgeable, and empathetic in-center and outreach representatives. We cultivate a positive and optimistic attitude that you can feel when you walk through our doors and approach every interaction with respect, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of each program that we offer. We take a hands on approach, actively assisting in the qualification and application process for enrollees. This along with staying up to date on the rules and process, allows us to help people more quickly and efficiently gain stability.
