About Health Alkemy

Health Alkemy is dedicated to nutritional health and education. We focus on personal responsibility, nutritional education, whole food supplements, and balanced herbal remedies. My vision is to offer health and self-care support in person or using one of the technological advances like chat rooms, cell phones, video skype, and email. I have been practicing self-care and health for over 20 years. The main area I see that most of us need are a diet that works for us ongoing, not being forced into a rigid dogma, low-fat, low-anything. Other areas of vast importance are more movement and fun exercise in the outdoors, learning to practice breathing for health and restoration, and getting better quality of rest. I also see that our relationships with ourself and others must be sustainable and healthful. Many of us give too much or take too much from ourself and others. One of my teachers talks alot about the need to find peace with ourselves, peace with others, peace with Life and peace with Death. Can any of is claim to embody all of these?
