We help and support: 1) Adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, social anxiety, OCD, Panic Disorder, Phobias, ADHD, health conditions, chronic pain, and/or chronic illness, problem, LGBTQIA+ concerns. compulsive gambling, trauma, PTSD. recent trauma, co-dependency, burnout, work related stress, parenting concerns, and/or a family member who struggles with addiction 2) Kids & Teens who struggle with social anxiety, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, chronic illness. peer relationships, impulse control, anger management, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ concerns or a family member who struggles with addiction 3) Couples who struggle with infidelity, feeling disconnected, misunderstood, alone, unsupportive, and have hence have grown apart. We provide evidence-based treatments including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), and Motivational Interviewing.
