Here at Health Breaks, our goal is to promote health and wellbeing to organisations including workplaces, schools and aged care. We partner with organisations to create healthy programs which are designed to support individuals and teams, encouraging them to thrive at work, study and beyond. We use a combination of innovative strategies to champion the most effective wellness initiatives for your organisation. Our wellness initiatives include our Health Breaks app, which includes multimedia resources to inspire 2-10 minute healthy breaks, with daily check ins and reminders. This facilitates breather, movement and healthy eating breaks to help people feel energised, focussed and productive. We also have coaching programs, team health challenges, health and wellbeing courses and workshops, all of which have been designed to promote organisational health and wellness.
