Description Formal discussion about hospital accreditation in Jordan began with several meetings of a task force of 5 key stakeholders in early 2003. These discussions and the later collaboration of the Ministry of Health and United States Agency for International Aid and Development would lead to establishment of HCAC in December of 2007.
