The platform, available on both website and mobile app, consists of three online courses - High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and General Health. Each course consists of a weekly education video, group coaching calls, action steps, community Q&A forum, and other interactive features. We also incorporate CBT techniques and stress management techniques as a key focus for health improvement, in addition to the traditional emphasis on diet and exercise, emphasizing a mind-body awareness. Health Conscious is supported by medical authorities from specialties ranging from Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology, as well as preventive health researchers, psychologists, dieticians, and wellness coaches, incorporating the results from thousands of clinical studies.
