“Here at Health Insurance Associates, Inc our goal is not to be the biggest agency, but the BEST Agency.” That was the vision our current president and agent, Jim Courtney, had when he founded Health Insurance Associates in 1974, and it remains to this day. We have withstood the test of time by surrounding ourselves with employees who are dedicated to putting the customer’s needs above all else, as well as partnering with insurance carriers who perform only at the highest levels. Being a locally owned company in southeastern Wisconsin, we understand the struggles that both companies and individuals have with managing healthcare costs because we have them too. We want to be your guide for everything health, life, dental, vision, and disability. On the employee benefits side, we enjoy working with small businesses with anywhere from 2-100 employees. Most companies in this sector have limited resources when it comes to employee benefits administration, which is exactly why we are here. Any problem that comes up, billing and claims issues, appeals, processing enrollments and terminations, COBRA and State Continuation administration, or when you are seeking general guidance and expertise, we are here for you. In addition to our expertise in employee benefits, we also work with many individuals who don’t have access to health insurance through their employer by helping them find coverage both on and off the exchange. Many of these individuals are eligible for subsidies, which for some people can lead to $0 premiums. Also available to individuals are a wide array of term and whole life insurance products, dental, vision, and short term and long term disability.
