About Us The Health Insurance Cooperative (HIC) Agency was created to provide employee benefits solutions to participating employers while mitigating rising health insurance costs. The HIC Agency offers a unique array of insurance services. Our mission is to educate employers and employees on how to make their insurance plans work for them and how to effectively manage their benefits. We use insurance companies as a tool for matching employers with the right plans, rather than as an end goal, making us unlike any other broker.
