HCA is a family owned, full service medical billing company. Since our inception by founder Edie Swiercz in 1991, our goal has been to offer our clients complete revenue cycle management with a personalized touch. While working as an accountant, Edie saw first hand the detrimental effects of insurance companies’ complicated billing guidelines and unfair denials. After helping several of her struggling clients streamline their medical billing and challenge insurance denials, Edie founded HCA to fill the need for a full-time, professional billing partner. Today, we carry on this tradition, offering a multitude of services to help providers deal with new challenges and maximize their practice potential. Over time, our company has grown to now service over fifty accounts in a variety of specialties. Our providers operate all over Chicago and Illinois, as well as in Wisconsin, Indiana, Nebraska, Iowa, Michigan, Georgia and Texas. At HCA, we pride ourselves on high client satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships. It shows with over 98% of new clients coming from word of mouth.
