Healthcare Integration Associates, LLC is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that provides practice management and administrative support services to individual physicians or small group practices that relieve physicians of non-medical business functions so that they can focus on the practice of medicine. The MSO by nature is a very flexible integration model aimed at preserving physician autonomy which forms the matrix for coordination and collaboration to achieve innovation. Our goal is to assist, guide and sustain the delivery of quality, cost effective care. Our services include but are not limited to overall management and consultative practice reviews, billing, collection, equipment and technology, personnel pooling, risk management and recruiting. We will also assist in preparing practices for coordinated managed care contracting, equity transition (sale or retirement), Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) coordination and maximizing incentives for quality programs. Essential to our growth and development are stable groups of like-minded practitioners that seek involvement in an integrated process which will allow them to participate in the healthcare delivery system to develop and deliver initiatives and services through the traditional “co-op” model. We are a full service MSO intent on providing our clients cost effective, coordinated and compliant services to support the efficient and exceptional care of their patients.
