About Healthcare Trainers Network

Healthcare Trainers Network was established by our Founder and CEO David Inglis (Trainer Dave) following three decades of designing training programmes within the healthcare sector. David has developed training resources used by tens of thousands of trainers over the years. It has been through this work that he was invited to provide his expertise in the Philippines when the government there moved towards a competence-based approach to healthcare training. David has also provided guidance and support for many videos used within the care sector, including a major video focusing on care provided by ‘Personal Assistants’ funded by Skills for Care. Realising the resources he had developed over three decades and that the reputation he had built up were being misused, Dave decided to work with trusted like-minded professionals to ensure that an ethical, honest, and compliant service could be established. The establishment of the Healthcare Trainers Network has ensured the legacy he is keen to leave the healthcare training profession. To help in establishing his legacy Dave has been giving away, free of charge, a full training resource each month to all his social media connections. This has been benefiting many trainers, including those who have not been able to afford training resource access during these challenging times. Currently over 1300 complete training packs are given away each month as part of the legacy. When choosing the Healthcare Trainers Network Support Team Dave ensured that every individual had not only been involved in healthcare training provision, but more importantly actually developed full healthcare training packs for others to deliver training.
