About HealthLink Advocates
Healthlink Advocates, Inc. is a health care advocacy firm dedicated to assisting clients navigate the complex health care system. We promote patient centered care and provide a "strong voice" in the coordination of medical care during times of illness and hospitalizations, as well as handling elder care issues. The implementation of a quality medical team to address all health issues and empowering clients to obtain the best possible health care is our focus. We also provide wellness coaching to optimize overall well being and maximize potential in all areas of life. January 2012- completed The Wellness Inventory Certification Training to be a Wellness Coach/Facilitator. The Wellness Inventory is a Whole-Person Wellness Assessment and Life- Balance Program focusing on 12 key dimensions of personal wellbeing. Our coaching skills are directed towards partnering with clients and companies who wish to achieve more wellness and optimal functioning in their lives. In addition, combining the medical advocacy skills with health/wellness coaching skills, the goal of assisting clients manage chronic illnesses effectively and partner with those clients wishing to prevent disease is an important goal. We seek to partner with primary care physician's and the medical community to assist them in achieving their goals of improved outcomes for all patient's and to provide true patient centered care. Teaching this holistic wellness program to nurse's, employees and private clients improves performance, wellbeing and the management of stress.
