We are a contracting staffing agency operating as a conduit to plug high quality Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists wanting and needing work to Home Health Agencies wanting and needing skilled clinicians to see their patients. We are suited to help Home Health Agencies grow and fill in their need to service their patients' needs and achieve quality outcomes at a rate that makes sense. We are also well suited to provide work to clinicians who want to work as an independent contracting clinician and may only need a few visits here and there, to those wanting a full schedule at a better rate. It is ideal for clinicians wanting the flexibility of being independent and who don't need benefits, but want extra work to fill in some gaps, earn extra money, or as their full time gig. Co-Founders, Corey Sturm, PT, and Corey DuPont, PT, have experience and expertise in Home Health as clinicians and both as Clinical Directors, as well as experience in Outpatient and Skilled Nursing facilities. We know the challenges that agencies and facilities face in this healthcare system from clinical operations and labor management, to finance and regulatory requirements. Our focus is on providing high quality care and outcomes at a market rate that makes sense to businesses needing skilled clinical labor.
