Healthy City is a developmental organization dedicated to promotion of healthy and sustainable development of people and communities. It targets local communities (both urban and rural) and works on the integration of their developmental potentials through various programs and projects promoting glocal wisdom, proactive and socially responsible citizenship, volunteering, eco-agriculture, eco-tourism, healthy lifestyles, social leadership and entrepreneurship, social integration/cohesion, networking and unity in diversity. Our projects, products and organization was awarded with several awards, i.e. for the best regional NGO 2007, best regional project 2008 and the Juraj Josip Strossmayer award for the best scientific book in Croatia in the field of natural sciences by the choice of Croatian Academy of Sciences.
