With 25 years of pediatric experience, Rebecca has helped countless preteens, teens, young adults, and their families through tough times. If your family is struggling, she is here to help. Weight Management: Start your weight loss journey with an experienced guide with the knowledge and compassion of a nurse. Rebecca faced challenges with food, wellness, and weight gain until 2005. After 18 months of weight reduction, habit reformation, and mental & emotional fortification, she lost over 90 pounds. She then found a new battle - to keep it off. Over the years, she has tried many ways to keep the weight off and has found success. To keep from gaining excess weight and be happy, there has to be a balance between pleasure and commitment. Rebecca has successfully balanced those factors to have maintained a "normal" weight and mental wellness since 2007. She has a passion for sharing these techniques with others.
