At HHI, we believe that communities are most prosperous when everyone is healthy; therefore, our mission is to educate Hoosiers of all ages and stages of life about the qualities of health, encourage all Hoosiers to incorporate health improvement practices into their daily lives and to engage all Hoosier communities by supporting the most vulnerable among them through high-quality care. Healthy Hoosiers Initiative seeks to bring excellent, patient-centered care to individuals in every community in Indiana. We will do this by embracing the diversity present within every region of our state. A strong work ethic combined with an undying passion for Hoosier Health drives our culture. Creating innovative solutions to address the root causes of poor health outcomes will allow our organization to garner funding and establish lasting partnerships in a sustainable effort toward improving the health of Indiana. The integrity of our organization will not waiver in the delivery of our promise to you, which is, we will come to your community to improve your community’s health so that your community might improve yours and your neighbor’s health.
