This business has morphed and changed during the almost 20 years since I started. Always my Mission has been to make complex matters simple. In fact, my whole career has been about this - taking the complex matters of business and making them easy to understand. Business owners say "It's all so complicated" and it truly does not need to be. When someone starts a business - they want to ultimately make money - and yet - many business owners do not understand how money works in their business. They want to generate more income, attract more sales so they can make more revenue and all the while they don't really understand the basic financial fundamentals of business. To put it most simply - in order to make profit - a business needs more revenue coming in than there is money going out to cover the expenses. It's that simple and yet, in my experience, the majority of business owners do not grasp this most simple concept. This is why Healthy Numbers exists - to teach financial understanding and business acumen. I help clients make more profit so they can pay themselves what they are worth so they can continue to be that impact in the world they know they are here to be. Implement the systems and processes enables a business to handle greater revenue, to serve more clients and customers. It's so important to see what is possible and to keep that future vision in place. No one starts a business to be the same as everyone else.
