About Healthy With Nin
I help busy individuals identify the root cause of their health imbalances from an integrative health perspective, so they transform their bodies, re-balance their guts and hormones and change their lives without struggle or deprivation. I coach based on Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine practices and herbs combined with the best of modern day functional medicine testing, simplified and systemized for anyone’s lifestyle. I went through my own health challenges for years, from gut dysbiosis and erratic hormones to eczema and holding onto baby weight, which added to existing stress of working full time and raising a family. It wasn't until I took a deep dive into Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine practices that I started to heal my imbalances faster than anything I had tried before. I realized that these practices that have been around for 5,000+ years for a reason--they work! I became a certified Integrative Health Practitioner so that I could help others transform their bodies and their lives to show up as their best selves.
