About Hear Me Roar with Dr. Sampson

As someone who had both of my children during my doctoral program, I know the feeling of overwhelm and have learned how to navigate through paralyzing self-doubt. I have over a decade experience in academia where I earned tenure, published over 25 peer review articles and obtained nearly 10 million dollars in federal funding. My research focus is on achieving equity in maternal mental health by increasing awareness and accessibility. I have expertise in the policy and behavioral barriers to maternal health but my coaching is not limited to mothers. I created Hear Me Roar to have a more direct impact on empowering women by coaching them to invest in their strengths and learn tools to navigate competing demands from high pressure jobs and the responsibility of parenting. My coaching is value based and is aligned with integrity, authenticity and transparency. I recognize that I have education and training but the client is always the expert on their own life circumstances. Coaching helps to unlock the client's potential to live a fuller life more aligned with their own values. This results in more professional and personal fulfillment. I offer individual and group coaching and am available for public speaking.
