At Heart and Soul Story, we design & facilitate programs aimed at Bringing Community Back Together for better mental health. Heart & Soul Story has a clear vision - an Australia where youth and older people’s wellbeing and mental health are improved as a result of intergenerational connection. We advocate for and educate on benefits and implementation of Intergenerational Connection through presentations & webinars at Schools, Aged Care, Government and School Health Forums & conferences. We design and implement programs that build intergenerational connection and work with partners to develop effective strategies for their implementation.
