Breathwork | Emotional Freedom Tapping Technique Private | Non - Profit | Corporate 1:1 Sessions | Group Sessions Remote | In - Person I am an Emotional Freedom Tapping Technique Practioner and Breathwork Facilitator who is looking to partner with organizations that would like to create access to diversity in wellness approaches for both service providers and program participants. I am also a Peer Support Specialist, QMHA-R, a person with lived experience in the foster care system, youth homelessness, youth run-away, and mental health systems. Along my path of self-discovery wellness played a key point in my ability to access services and find stability in my life. My organization, Heart & Compass is creating an opportunity to deepen the capacity in connecting with self and community by cultivating emotional relatability and more understanding to interpersonal navigations while accessing supportive services with the use of Emotional Freedom Tapping Technique and Breathwork. Approach a unique path to address the foundation of connection within your organization. Build personal relatability so people feel secure while assessing your services. With the use of Emotional Freedom Tapping Technique and Breathwork, employees and program participants will have space to step outside of survival, stress, anxiety, burnout, compassion fatigue, and overwhelm by allowing a pause to build internal reflection, intention, and an empowered response of support. By allowing both the organization and program participants to engage in this type of healing space, the opportunity for authentic and heart-felt connection becomes present. This method bridges gaps in accessibility, creates space to process what is getting in the way, and an opportunity for people to build trust within themselves and ultimately within their community to experience lasting change.
