About Heart Mind Healing

What does your ideal life look like? Would your sleep be better? Emotions feel more balanced? Less pain in your physical body? I work with people to achieve all that and more! The main tools I use are Reiki Energy Healing and Yoga (including Chair Yoga). A bit more about me! I founded Energy Healing with Caitlyn in 2017 to help others find and implement alternative healing tools that work for them. I'm a certified Yoga Instructor and Level 3 Reiki Teacher/Practitioner. As a lifelong learner, I continue to go deeper into each practice. These healing modalities are deeply personal to me. In early 2016, I realized something was truly wrong in my life. My neck, back, and jaw hurt constantly from grinding my teeth. I wasn’t sleeping well, my stomach was constantly a mess, and my emotions were all over the place, swinging from deep depression to anxiety attacks. Western medicine wasn’t giving me the relief I was searching for, so I began to complement my traditional medication with alternative healing. Yoga, Reiki, and meditation lifted the fog and gave me back my life. Now, I'm so lucky to not only have these tools, but have the opportunity to teach them to others. And with online sessions, courses, and workshops, I'm able to meet and work with even more people!
