About Heart of Scotland Holidays
Heart of Scotland Holidays is a small holiday accommodation site in Polmont, near Falkirk. We are about half an hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow, and 20 minutes from Stirling, so are ideally located for exploring central Scotland and beyond. The site offers ample parking, lots of grassy areas for the kids to run around, and a communal BBQ area for family gatherings. Our six glamping lodges are nestled in the historic walled garden in the grounds of a Grade B Listed building. The garden is an oasis of leafy tranquility, yet within a five minute walk there's a supermarket, restaurant, pub, and multiple takeaways. Each unit is unique, but they all sleep four, with orthopedic mattresses, plush pillows and snuggly fleeces. We offer free wifi and smart TVs in every unit. We are a not-for-profit, with the dual purpose of supporting the maintenance of the Grade-B listed Kinneil House (a former manse, within whose grounds the site is located), and supporting mental health work. We are an inclusive site and welcome LGBTQ+ travelers and their families.
