About Heart2Heart Canadian Youth Society
To foster hope within and to provide brighter futures for disadvantaged children around the world by various methods such as providing a basic education and enriching their childhoods. Our ultimate goal as a society of passionate young students is to spread our compassion to our communities, in hopes to gain support and raise awareness. Our mission statement clearly exemplifies our aim to abolish the poverty of children, and to foster courage and strength in young children to implement and create a change in their communities and in the world. Heart2Heart Canadian Youth Society is a registered student-led non-profitable organization comprised of young teenagers motivated to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate people around the world. This organization was established in 2006 through the initiatives of two grade 12 students from St. George's School in Vancouver, Canada. Beginning from just two students, Heart2Heart managed to gather the support and participation of over 60 students from various schools within a year. Currently in its 7th year of operation, Heart2Heart has expanded into 9 private and public high schools across the greater Vancouver with over 300 members.
