About Heartland Brothers

Founded in 2015, Heartland Brothers' mission is to share with the rest of the world, the fruits of labor, of Small American Family Farms, dedicated to raising a unique breed of pig. Berkshire. We work with our exclusive network of small family farm cooperatives in the Heartland of America. Currently our efforts are concentrated on the vast Chinese market, where pig consumption is close to 700 Million pigs per year. We are well on our way to developing a recognized consumer brand, which our customers can know and trust that their food has been cared for by people with integrity. Especially in China, where Food Safety is a number one concern for households. Berkshire is a heritage breed of pig, which was discovered over 300 years ago in Berkshire, in Reading County, U.K. Berkshire Pork is renowned for its richness, texture, marbling, juiciness, tenderness and overall depth of flavor. It is regarded by many as the "Kobe Beef" of Pork.
