About Heartland Realty
After being in the Real Estate business for over 12 years, Lora Ahrens Olerich decided that it was time to take the next step in her career. She began Lora & Company Real Estate in May 2011 and was joined by fellow manager, Darcy Hutchings. We have since added Realtors Heather Ahrens, InSun Colerick, Colleen Smith, Amanda Stolfus, Haley Long, Dori Burma, Danielle Minde, Cassidy Shreve and Amber Hoversten to the team. In January 2016 Lora & Company became part of the EXIT family and changed the name of the agency to EXIT Realty Lora & Company. Our success depends on the success of our clients. We owe it to them to help them make wise real estate decisions. In doing this, we need to be honest and forthright; sometimes they’ll love what we have to say…sometimes we may point out things they might not see or things that are hard to hear about the current market. Ultimately, we’ll work hard to become their trusted real estate adviser and counselor…not just their agent. All agents are licensed in the state of Iowa.
