Our business is dedicated to developing healthier people and healthier organisations, in other words its about enhancing workplace wellbeing to maximise organisational effectiveness. We believe healthy people with healthy minds create productive working cultures where staff are engaged, perform properly in role, enabling your business to succeed. We'll help take the guesswork out of organisational change and development by examining the cause and effect relationship between what you are doing and what you are getting as a result. Working together we'll help transform your workplace culture, creating real world solutions to secure measurable change that improves your bottom lone. Where there are identifiable skills gaps we'll design and deliver cost effective training and development solutions for individuals and organisations that will improve personal effectiveness, leadership and wellbeing. Where intervention and support are needed for an individual employee or team struggling with a mental health, wellbeing or performance related issue we are able to offer personal counselling, individual or group coaching or psychotherapy. Annie Co-Founder of HeartLed Wellbeing has over 30 years of experience working in and around health and social care, much of it with a service improvement focus. A graduate nurse with current PIN and a BACP Registered Psychotherapist, is trained in a number of therapeutics modalities including NLP, CBT and Hypnotherapy. She is a results orientated professional with pragmatic approach. She is currently writing two self help books. Francis, the other Co-Founder is a Master Practitioner of NLP and works as a professional coach helping those with stress, anxiety and low level depression.
